Collect Your Sample
No blood, no clinic visit. Using the provided swab, you collect a tiny stool sample in the privacy of your own bathroom. The specialized tube preserves the microbial DNA perfectly at room temperature.
The Lab Works Its Magic
Drop the prepaid mailer in any mailbox. Once it reaches our certified core sequencing lab, we use advanced 16S rRNA sequencing to identify the bacterial communities present.

About 2 weeks after your sample ships to the lab, your digital Field Guide is ready. We translate the raw sequencing data into a beautifully illustrated, easy-to-read map of your inner ecosystem, complete with actionable, food-first recommendations to help it thrive.
